A notable achievement in Nova’s career includes leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resource Manager at Technology University. This initiative, especially pivotal during the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, resulted in a streamlined HR framework and meaningful cost savings.
