Nova is the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at KKBC. She oversees internal operations, supports executive coordination across departments, and manages key administrative and organizational functions. Nova began her career in global human resource management, building a strong foundation through a range of HR roles across diverse organizations. She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, adeptly leading multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and talent development to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid ascent to roles with greater responsibility demonstrated her leadership and ability to drive organizational success. A notable achievement in Nova’s career includes leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resource Manager at Technology University. This initiative, especially pivotal during the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, resulted in a streamlined HR framework and meaningful cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote-work policies significantly enhanced employee engagement and productivity, even in challenging times. With more than a decade of industry experience, Nova has honed expertise in workforce management, employee relations, organizational development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, compliance, and best practices.
